How long does it take to repair my device?Here at Phone Lab we try to make repairs fast and efficient. If we have the part you repair requires then it can take 15-60 minutes to repair your device. We keep all iPhones screens, iPhone batteries, iPhone charger ports, and iPhone cameras in stock. However, we don't always have iPhone backglass in stock. Parts for Samsung phones we don't keep in stock due to their expensive cost, but we can order them for next day shipping. If you need your Samsung device repaired that day we can expedited shipping same day repair for an additional fee. Let us know if your have any questions concerning this topic!

How long does a battery last?If you get a battery replacement at Phone Lab, It comes with warranty up to year. Most of the time batteries last 3 to 4 years in moderation. This depends on your charging habits. Let me explain. If you leave your phone charging over night this will rapidly deplete your batteries occupancy.

Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
